The School of Information Technology at SIU aims to provide strong foundations in computer software development and information systems in conjunction with state-of-the-art methods and techniques for development of information-technology-based business solutions. Our programs (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Master of Science in IT, and PhD in IT) encourage students to learn fundamental IT theories which are then used to derive practical solutions to "real-world" IT problems.
